what have i done for God lately?

I asked myself that question, as I was leaving the skating rink early, due to the mass of 116 kids coming out to the ice on a field trip? i guess??

Anyway, I didn't necessarily do anything wrong, but may have missed an opportunity to do something right.

I was only worried about how we drove all the way over to practice, and then had to leave so soon. But then i noticed a mom going around, lacing up the skates of total strangers, just to help out. I had been busy watching and laughing at all the people falling down.

Later that evening, I felt as if God was asking me "where were you?"

It is a bit disconcerting when you get the feeling that God is disappointed in your actions!!!

So i am going to try to do a little better, listen more carefully for that quiet voice, trying to show more love to my fellow humans.

So tomorrow, to start my day i will ask "What can i do for God today?"

I just wonder "what would the world look like, if we all asked that, and were able to answer it every day??????
